Player Registration Meeting will be held from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. You may show up anytime during this time-frame.

- PCVC Registration Form
- Signed and completed PCVC Player Agreement Form
- Completed USA Volleyball Medical Release Form
- 50% of club fees
Sample uniforms and warm-ups will be available to try on for sizing.
